Refund policy

  1. Refund Policy
    1. No refunds are granted if the cancellation of order is made by the customer – however the customer may wish to exchange the item at the any TGBI store within 48 hours of delivery
    2. Full refund or store credit will be given to the customer in case of cancellation by TGBI due to any internal problems.
  1. Replacement Policy (Definition: Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped and the like.)
    1. Buyer need to raise the replacement request within 48 hours from the date of delivery of products. Once Buyer has raised a replacement request by contacting Us on 58879044. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed
      1. Buyer is asked for “Reason for Return”. Among others, the following are the leading reasons:
        1. Shipping was damaged
        2. Item was defective
        3. Item Dead on Arrival
        4. Item(s) were missing
        5. Wrong item sent
      2. In case the request for replacement for a different design or product, a restocking fees of 10% will be charged.
